Please use this portal to communicate with us! We want to hear how you're responding to the recommended treatments. We'll respond as needed, to tweak your recommendations. In general, we can't initiate treatments for new problems outside of a visit, including prescriptions and supplements, and we can't answer in depth or multiple questions about new problems. If you are planning to change your treatment plan outside of an appointment, please let us know so we can advise you.
When you send a message, someone will reply to it within 1-3 business days. If you have an emergency, please contact your primary care physician and/or call 911.
Prior to your appointment:
Please fill out the following sections of your portal at least 2 days prior to your appointment:
- Questionnaires: Fill out all the active forms.
- My Supplement: Update your your current supplements, including those you take regularly and those you take as needed, before each appointment.
- My Medications: Update your current medications, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs. Be sure to include the medications prescribed by other physicians and include those you take regularly and those you take as needed.
